Botanical Blends Blending Bar is available for mobile services for parties and events. The Blending Bar is a fun and unique activity for a wide variety of types of gatherings for teens and adults: Baby Showers, Bachelorette Parties, Birthdays, Bridal Showers, Church Groups, Girls Night Out, Meet & Greets, Red Hat Club, Social Clubs….and any other event you can think of.
What is the cost?
As with the In-Studio Blending Bar, there is a wide variety of base products to choose from. Each mobile event will have at least 2 products and a maximum of 4 (depending on size). There is a flat fee of $50 per person with a minimum of 5 guests ($250) in order to book a mobile event. This fee includes our time to travel (within 30 minutes from the location of our studio – further travel will incur additional travel fees), set up and break down and any TWO products (all the same products for all guests). Each additional guest is $50 per person. If you would like to add a 3rd or 4th product it would be a flat rate of $18 per product per person. Mobile Blending Bars must be paid in advance with the final headcount being provided at least 2 weeks in advance. There is no refund for guests who do not attend. These prices are different from our In-Studio pricing to cover additional time, travel (within a specific area), setting up and breaking down, and any staff that is required for Mobile services. Additional travel fees may include, but are not limited to: travel fees outside of the specific area (see travel area below), additional hours, additional staff required for larger events (over 20 guests), and shipping fees if needed. Gratuities are not included in pricing.
How much time is allotted for mobile events?
Each event will vary depending upon the number of guests in attendance and the number of products selected. 2 hours is the base amount of time allotted for each event. If more time is needed we will discuss rate and additional staffing needs prior to booking.
Is there a minimum age for participation?
As with the In-Studio Blending Bar, there is a minimum age of 14 years old for participation. For younger ages please contact us to discuss what may be available.
